Photo Diary: Barcelona Day 1

There we go again, this was our third time in Barcelona and what can I say I love this city and I just can't enough of it. Let me summarize our first day: perfect sunny weather, good food, walk through the vivid streets and yes finally shopping. 

Island Hopping: Koh Phangan

Our next stop was Koh Phangan, this island is probably my favorite during the trip through Thailand. We stayed in the north, far away from the party people which tend to stay in Haad Rin. From the beginning it was quite clear that we wanted to relax and our hotel was the perfect hideaway. Well, it's not only the hotel that keeps you hidden... you are literally stuck on that island I mean there are no real streets or sightseeing spots to visit and thats the reason why this island is so flawless, no rush, no nasty tourist bars... the only thing you have is the beach, the sun and the jungle behind you. 

Did I miss something? 

Haha oh yes... the Half and Full Moon Partys! We went to the Half Moon Party on Christmas Eve, a different way to celebrate Christmas for sure, but it was so much fun. The party itself is located inside the jungle in the middle of now where... it is very psychedelic, colourful and the people are crazy and full of drugs, but funny and obviously happy.

Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

300 g Flour

4 Eggs (seperate the egg white from the yolk)

½ Package of Backing Powder

1 Vanilla Pod

3 Tblsp. Sugar

Pinch of Salt

200 ml Milk

300 ml Jogurt

Blueberries

Take a bigger bowl and combine the flour, baking soda, yolk, milk and yogurt. Use an electric whisk to mix them together till it's smooth. Gradually add the sugar, salt and the pure vanilla. Now prepare the beaten egg white and fold it gently into the dough and add the blueberries. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Now get the pan really hot, then turn the heat down to medium and do a test pancake to see if you need to add a bit more sugar or whatever you think is missing. While you are baking the pancakes it can get a bit boring so don't forget to play music. 

Serve the Pancakes hot with maple sirup or icing sugar.

HoHoHo... Christmas is coming

I know, I know it's still a month to go, but I am a Christmas fanatic and I always been a bit impatient, especially when it comes to presents. Thats probably the reason why I couldn't wait to write this wishlist post. And yes I know it's not realistic to get all of this stuff, but I don't need the permission to dream, right? 

So I dream a little Christmas dream.

1 ♥ Dior "Oui Ring": I am craving for this one since... forever I guess. The ring is such a beauty and I am quite optimistic, that this wish isn't unrealistic at all. Keeping my fingers crossed.

2 ♥ Canon "EOS Mark III": Well I need a new camera, thats a fact. So why not the Mark III?  

3 ♥ Chloe "Susanna Boots": I saw movies about this thing called love at first sight, never really believed in it. Since Susanna crossed my way, I became a true believer. But there is one little detail I can't ignore, the bloody price. I can't believe that the only thing, which keeps us separated is money. That's my sad, sad story. Still I am not willing to give up on them, I will find my way to bring them home to me. 

4 ♥ Kenzo "The Sweater": Let's face it, this sweater was seen way to often around the world. And yes that would be a reason to skip it from that list, but wait there is something about this sweater. I can't say what it is, I need to find it out. 

5 ♥ Chanel "Quilted Flats": Usually Chanel Ballerinas are looking really weird on my feet. Believe me it was a whole new experience, I mean strange looking flats?! Come on, how is that even possible? But every time I tried them on, I had to laugh quite badly. These black quilted ones are an exception, they look magnificent and Chanel is always an investment. So thumbs up for these shoes.

6 ♥ Celine "Luggage Bag": Isn't she a classy Handbag? Yes, she is. This little heartbreaker is to die for and for me a Must-Have. There is nothing more to add.

7 ♥ Proenza Schouler "PS11": Another It-Bag for sure, this bad boy is for the cooler people around us. Have you seen the PS 11 Mini Classic Mirror as well? Need, Need, Need...
